FAQ – Glowmas Gift Shop
1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the UK takes around 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is shipped.
2. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. As we grow, we hope to expand to more regions.
3. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 glowmas@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Personalized or sale items cannot be returned. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at 📧glowmas@outlook.com. Once your order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.
7. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
At the moment, we don’t provide a gift wrapping or gift note service, as most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. We plan to add these options in the future, so stay tuned!
8. Do you sell gift cards?
Not yet, but Glowmas Gift Cards will be available soon — perfect for when you’re not sure what to choose.
